Week #5 Balance to Flow Programming

Spiritual Study

One of the most enlightening disciplines is the I Ching. It can help you frame important events that are happening or may happen in the future. The Oracle helps the reader recognize his ego and take it out of the equation. If contemplated first thing in the morning, it can give a calming effect that may be helpful when mindfully reviewed during a stressful part of the day . It can be gazed upon daily, weekly or when needed . Today's I Ching passage was written by Stephen Mitchell:

"Fame or integrity: which is more important?
Money or happiness: which is more valuable?
Success or failure: which is more destructive?

If you look to others for fullfillment,
you will never truly be fulfilled.
If your happiness depends on money,
you will never be happy with yourself.

Be content with what you have;
rejoice the way things are.
When you realize nothing is lacking,
the whole world belongs to you!"

Week #4 Balance to Flow Programming

Time and Space
(Part 2)

In order the Sanctify Time you must commit to all three activities: Prayer, meditation and study. All three are forms of energy connected to the source. The best time is before dawn, 3-6am. Prayers can include: "The Shema," "Our Father," and of course prayers from the heart that are accompanied with tears.

Meditation helps at various levels. What it can accomplish is a connection from the conscious to the subconscious. This bridge is very important because it slowly releases repressions that have been planted since childhood and manifest as complexes at the conscious level. Complexes are self destructive behaviors. The repressed energy can be compared to a knot. And meditation unwinds the knot of energy and builds a bridge, so that it can safely travel to the conscious side of awareness. Consequently, one can step back and calmly say, "I have a choice, my impulses will not rule the day. I am strong enough now to let my higher self take control and not fall prey to the EGO."

Meditation is half of the equation to balance the psychic and to help move it up the ladder of consciousness. The other half is spiritual study. Both are equally important. They are essential in recognizing our shadow moving it out into the light.

Week #3 Balance to Flow Programming

Time and Space
(Part 1)

Life is a paradox and partnership. There is always the play between positive and negative energies. When these energies are able to link is where G-d is most evident. The infinite has created a system where if a person gives all his Heart, Soul and Mind, he can have a relationship with HER (G-D).

To perceive or feel the infinite is in itself a paradox. Something known (Man) to relate to the unknown (G-D). What is life's most important calling? It's the struggle to know the unknowable, "The Anguish of Shekhina."

The Way to know the unknowable is to Sanctify Time and Harmonize Space. What are your first thoughts in the morning? Gratitude for the most important gift: your Life! Anybody
that has made the conscious choice to live rather then die recognizes how important life really is! After thanking your higher power for the ability to flow through time and space the next step is to Sanctify Time, by spending time with her through prayer, meditation and study. WHAT (Mah) a wonderful way to develop a better relationship with your partner!

"For man, to pray is to don the garments of humility, whose only weapons are those waiting with outstretched arms in the void of the universe."

Week #2 :Balance to Flow Programming

The Game of Now

"Don't worry be happy," what a great song. Be grateful for all the good(g-d) in your life. Why are you worried? The obstacles you face are exactly what you need to grow Spiritually, Physically, and Mentally. Now its your choice: wallow, worry, want, or come up with a action plan and work it. Know that if you have done your best all you can do Now is let go! You cannot control the future or the past. Do not let the EGO determine your Attitude.

The operative word is NOW. Stay in the present moment by focusing on what is going on Now. Right Now you are reading and learning, in a moment you might be looking at the clouds, or maybe spending quality time with a loved one. What ever you do from moment to moment, practice, The Game of Now. Now spelled backwards is WON. Do you want to win? Play Now all the time!

Mind, Body, and Soul: What have you done for all 3 today?

Week #1: Balance to Flow Programming

"Words are just words. They cannot tell you much, but they are a good place to start."

Buy a journal. Do this exercise first thing in the morning when you are completely alone:

Circle of 7
Get seven small pieces of paper. On each one write one of these seven words:
  • attitude
  • accountability
  • commitment
  • supportive relationship
  • service
  • personal mastery
  • faith.

Fold each piece of paper so that you cannot see what it says. Then put each one into a bowl, or hat. Shake it around, close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and pick one!

When you open it, what are your first thoughts? Who does it pertain to? How do you feel? How can you improve in this area?

Write in your journal. Think of one thing write it down. When you are ready, follow through with the action!

For a week, pick one each day, but none on Saturday. On Saturday you contemplate your thoughts, actions or lack of action.

Remember its all good !!!

What is True Pulse?

I was inspired to create True Pulse in response to a traumatic event that occurred twenty-three years ago. Our goal at True Pulse is to guide clients to their fullest potential. Through specific techniques, we teach clients to recognize ego based behavior and subconsciously change it. Study, meditation, and ritual are essential parts of this process.

This Blog will support an interchange of ideas for those interested in developing their mind, body and soul.
